Fig 1: A Better Caterer Management reserve the right to suspend corporate accounts and ask for immediate payment of any late invoice payments by bank transfer.
Fig 2: A Better Caterer Management reserve the right to add 1% late payment interest for every working day (Monday - Friday) the invoice/ invoices remain unpaid up to 5 working days on outstanding accounts of £1000.00 or more. On the 6th working day payment will be requested by bank transfer . Failure to make payment of the invoice in full including late payment interest and relevant surcharges on the 6th working day will result in the invoice being passed to our debt recovery agent (LDJ Solicitors) with all debt recovery costs added to the invoice.
Fig 3: A Better Caterer Management reserve the right to add 2% late payment interest on any late payments on invoices paid later than 14 days after the agreed payment terms.
Fig 4: A Better Caterer Management reserve the right to cancel any corporate account that has more than 2 late payment invoices and request immediate payment of the balance of the account.
Fig 5: A Better Caterer Management reserve the right to cancel any corporate account and request payment on delivery.
Fig 6: Additional terms and conditions may be added to any corporate account with terms of payment of 30 days or above.
Fig 7: A Better Caterer reserve the right to ask for a 50% deposit on any buffet/ catering order.
Fig 8: CANCELLATION POLICY- All cancellations must be made before 12.00noon - 72 hours / 3 days before the buffet is required. We will not accept cancellations made after this time and your buffet will be delivered and invoiced for as per the original order.
Fig 9: A valid Purchase Order Number / Order Name is required prior to buffet work being commenced.
Fig 10: Any missing/ damaged/ lost catering equipment will be charged for at £2.50 per platter/ bowl and £5.00 per thermal delivery box. If the missing equipment is returned at a later date the value of the amount returned will be credited to your next invoice. Only original A Better Caterer equipment will be accepted.
Fig 11: Full payment of all funerals must made no later than 5 days before the date of the buffet. A Better Caterer reserve the right to cancel any funeral where payment has not been made 5 days prior to delivery.
Fig 12: Funeral catering cannot be cancelled after the full payment has been made. Amendments will accepted at A Better Caterers descretion.
